I need your help, people. I've opened a shop, and to my surprise, I have not had any sales yet. (*gasp* I know! I mean, come on! Who wouldn't want to by my fabulous products?)
Now, I didn't expect to open the shop and instantly be Wal-mart, but I did think I'd have a sale or two by now. But also, no sales. Lots of looky-loos but...no sales.
So, if you have a suggestion, let me hear it. I can take it. Banner? Avatar? Pictures? Description? Products?

I would suggest cutting your shop announcement down, I have heard that people like to the point, quick ones that they don't have to scroll through much to get to the items. Most of that information can be in your bio.
Your pictures and banner are not bad, maybe you just need to market more? I use projectwonderful.com to buy advertising space (usually free, but often only a few pennies a day) and I have business cards I leave on tables in restaurants and stuff.
That's all I can think of now...Good luck!

Hi there! Great shop, and cute stuff! I would suggest putting more info in the item titles when you're selling sets of things - for example, "Set of 6 Fabric Gift Tags" instead of "Fabric Gift Tags". As a buyer, when I don't see a quantity in the title, I just subconsciously assume it's for 1 item, whereas if I see "set of x", I think, "Hey! Good deal!"
Good luck!

Lockette - your pictures look really nice! I agree with the suggestions here - add more inventory. And - send your website to everyone you know. A sale will most definitely come from that!
Good luck!
