SNEAK ATTACK THURSDAY, AUGUST 4th!!! 7pm EST (Etsy time)
Join with fellow Etsians in supporting The Handmade Movement as we lovingly attack with kindness. :)
What is a Sneak Attact?
Twice a week, new or relatively undiscovered Etsy shops are chosen as lucky 'victims.' Fellow Etsian's join together to 'sneak' up on the 'victims.' Our aim is to get the new/undiscovered Etsy shops a whole slew of surprise item views, ♥ed items, and business in a very short time. Thus, giving them a loving little boost of encouragement and a big morale boost! If you can't make a purchase, don't worry! You can help by getting the word out, ♥ing the victims and bumping this thread.
At 7pm EST (Etsy Time), Thursday, August 4th, we are going to begin our sneak attack. Go to www.handmademovement.com at or soon after 7 pm, and you'll see the chosen shops names. Then click on the shops to see what goodies are in store for you. If you make a purchase, be sure to include the words "Sneak Attack" in the 'message to seller.'
*Don’t worry about being late to the attack! If the shop names are still up on the Handmade Movement site, you can still go and give them item views, ♥s, and make a purchase! They are usually still up into the next day.
**Even if you can't make a purchase, you can still help by giving this thread an occasional bump and spreading the word.
We welcome EVERYONE to come in and join us with the chatter and fun! This thread is up all day, prior to the attack for friendly chatter.

Tonight's Attack is different than our normal Sneak Attacks.
The first Thursday of each month, there will be a 'special' attack. We lovingly call it the Make Someone's Day attack or the Sneaker's Mall. Each sneaker is invited to suggest a shop that meets the requirements of the Sneak Attacks.
During this attack, there will be many shops to look through! Normal attacks have 1-3 shops, but tonight's attack is quite different. Lots of new talent and lots of new shops to look through!
Join us, we are going to have a ball!

Well sneakers, I will try to catch you all tomorrow... carpet cleaners are coming to do an estimate after the flood, and a good friend and I are going to make apricot jam- we have lived here for 17 years and have Never had any apricots- now it is an infestation!
