Frequently asked questions
Can I use your stamp professionally?
The stamps and illustrations are the result of the creation and manufacture of Kraftille and remain the property of Kraftille.
The stamps are for personal use (Except custom orders).
Please contact me if you want to make professional use of it.
Care instructions
CLEANING YOUR STAMPS
Clean your stamp after each use with StazOn stamp Cleaner (which is the best solution to keep your stamp as long as possible) or a cleaning whipe or a gentle soap, water and a microfiber cloth (lint-free, streak-free cleaning).
Do not be surprised if your stamp remains colored once clean, it is normal and will not affect its use as you clean it gently without rubbing.
Store your stamps away from heat & sunlight.
All the stamps are hand-graved and have to be inked to test printing to achieve optimal results. This will not affect your use.
How will I know that you've send my package?
As soon as your package will be delivered to the Post Office, I'l send you a confirmation email!

PACKAGING
Flower petals are strewn about your carefully protected stamp and you have a little word stamped on a paper label inlaid flower petals! The rest of my packaging is recyclable or recycled.
How to ink my stamp?
To ink the stamp, gently tap the ink pad on the stamp (& not the opposite) until the area to be inked is colored and slightly shiny. That means there's just enough ink to print.
Also, do not press the ink pad too hard on the stamp. Ink could leak in areas that are not to be inked and the print might run.
The size of the ink pad doesn't need to be bigger than the stamp. I think that it is even easier to ink a stamp with a smaller pad.
Never rub the stamp on the ink pad.
