••• OMG I'M SO EXCITED ABOUT MY ORDER! WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
most items ship within 3 business days of completed payment. sometimes even sooner, just because i love ya. custom designs + bulk orders can take 1-4 weeks. you can see a "no later than" ship date on your receipt page, and you'll receive a confirmation email when it does ship, so be on the lookout for that in the inbox of the email address associated with your account.
••• SERIOUSLY, CHRISTEN. I'M SUPER DUPER EXCITED. HOW LONG AFTER YOU SHIP CAN I EXPECT TO GET MY ORDER?
the following are USPS-based shipping estimates, and while they're pretty darn good about sticking to their timeline, there's always a chance of postal mishaps and crazy weather, so please be sure to order in plenty of time. if you're running short on time, you might want to consider an upgrade, which you'll see in your cart at checkout.
first class domestic mail: 3-6 business days
priority domestic mail: 2-3 business days
express domestic mail: 1-2 business days (guaranteed)
first class international mail: 2-6 weeks
priority international mail: 6-10 business days
express international mail: 3-5 business days

Can I send a gift directly to a friend/family member?
Yes! Simply enter their information at checkout. I never include pricing in my packages, so there's no need to worry about that.

How long after I place my order can I expect my item to be shipped?
My current processing time is 1-3 business days. Custom orders may take longer. You can find your "expected ship date" on your purchases page or your invoice.
What if I have shipping issues?
Ugh, so annoying, right? I will always do everything in my power to help you find your package if it goes missing (including providing any information necessary for you to file a claim), but ultimately, I'm not responsible for mistakes by the USPS.
