I am happy to accept payment through Pay Pal or by Direct Debit. You may also pay through Pay Pal using your Debit or Credit Card if you do not have an account. If you are lucky enough to have an Etsy Gift Card I will also accept those.

How Paypal Works
Click into our etsy shop at https://www.etsy.com/ie/shop/AluraCrafts and choose the product you wish to buy. Add to Cart. When you are finished shopping 'check out through Paypal'.
You can use your credit card directly to make payments. PayPal is then simply the credit card processor.
You do not need a Paypal account to use their services. After your order has been submitted, click "Pay Now" and then you will see the option to pay with credit or debit card.

Please note: Import tax or duties if any, is the responsibility of the customer, so please be sure to check before you buy.

All items will be shipped from Ireland via on Post using international airmail. If you would like an item to be sent by registered post please contact me for a quotation. Deliveries outside of Europe may incur custom taxes, it will be the buyers responsibility to pay those taxes.

As soon as the item is shipped I will message you with confirmation of shipping. Due to the Pandemic I have increased my delivery times.

Shipping from Ireland to the UK normally takes 3 to 7 working days
Shipping from Ireland to the U.S.A. takes 7-21 working days.
Shipping from Ireland to Australia takes 10-21 working days.
Shipping from Ireland to mainland Europe should take about 5-15 working days.


International shipping: Items will be sent by standard airmail. Standard international airmail does not provide tracking, so if you would like tracked mail please contact me as the price will be significantly higher.

Gifts.

If you are purchasing your item as a gift and it is going directly to the recipient, I will be happy to gift wrap the item and enclose a card with your message on it.

I AluraCrafts am the data controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop. When you place an order, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Etsy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Etsy, I will receive your user name and email address. The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are :- With Etsy to comply with my obligations. With delivery companies to fulfil your order. To comply with legal or tax obligations. I will retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for 6 years. After this time I will delete your data from my records. You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data. If you have any concerns about your personal data, please contact support@Etsy. In addition to my own privacy policy, if you pay with PayPal, your data will be protected by PayPal's privacy policy. If you pay directly by card on Etsy, your personal data is protected by Etsy's privacy policy.
