BUYER BEWARE!!! Veil did not arrive although usps showed delivered. Seller was very rude and defensive instead of showing any concern at all. She does not insure the items she sends out, which are very expensive and important. I would recommend buying from someone who values their customers more. If your veil is lost or damaged in the mail you're out of luck without insurence. Very disappointed.

Customer was trying to commit a fraud and was reported to Etsy safety department. She was not concerned with at least opening a case with USPS for her "lost" package or asking me for a replacement, or talking to me at all about this issue, but was only concerned to get the money. She is lying because I was polite and helpful and even sent her a pic of a shipping box. I have an outstanding customer service and I care and help every one of my customers!
