DIGITAL EMBROIDERY DESIGNS
--These items will be available for instant download after cleared payment and will be emailed to you through Etsy. You can also find a link to download the design under your purchases after cleared payment.

CUSTOM DIGITAL DESIGNS
--This item included custom logos, names and monograms available in select listings. Once the order is placed, you will receive a proof, and link to download through Etsy messaging within 1 business day. This item is NOT available for instant download as we custom create the designs after the order is placed.

All of out personalized and digital items are handmade/digitized by Half Moon Embroidery. We do not outsource.

Yes! If you do not see a particular design you would like just ask! We often get ideas for designs from our wonderful customers.

We do not accept returns on personalized items. However if the shop owner made a mistake in the personalization please contact us for information on a replacement.

Forced returns will not be accepted.

Shipping labels are printed through Etsy so please make certain the address is correct. If an item is returned to us for insufficient address, the customer will be contacted and asked to pay the shipping fee again to have it shipped to the correct address. If no response it received within 30 days the item will be donated.

Digital embroider designs and custom digital designs are non- refundable.

For physical items, check your shipping address on file with Etsy. If the address is correct and the item is marked "DELIVERED" with USPS, please contact your local USPS office to inquire about locating the package. We are not responsible for your shipment once it leaves our shop. If you feel your delivery location is at risk, please arrange for your shipment to be delivered to a secure location.

Instant download embroidery designs will be sent to the email address on file with Etsy. Please check your SPAM folder as well as your inbox. The download can also be found under your PURCHASES in your Etsy account once payment has cleared.

For custom digital designs, a link will be sent to you within 1 business day to download the design.

Please be sure that you are familiar with your own software, embroidery machine, and the process to download and transfer designs before purchasing digital products. Half Moon Embroidery cannot advise customers on how to use their software or embroidery machine.

In general the instructions are as follows for instant download designs. A link will be sent to you to download the design. Click on the link, then selected EXTRACT ALL, click on the embroidery file, and then DOWNLOAD. Copy and paste onto your computer, or onto your USB in order to transfer to your embroidery machine. You won’t be able to directly open the file on your computer unless you have the appropriate software to do so.
