Personalized Name Plate for Dog Collar

Name plates are great alternatives for dogs who are in and out of places and spaces that would make a dangling tag dangerous. These plates are personalized with hand stamped numbers, letters and designs.

These plates are totally customizable. I am able to include two phone numbers, a message, a name or no name and ANY design that you might see available in my shop. Send your ideas to me!

These name plates have 7/32" (55mm) holes on both sides. The plate is 16/18 gauge aluminum. They are .75" wide (also available in .5" wide) and 3" long (can make shorter if needed). This was an easy switch on our Mendota collar. Space between holes measures approx. 2.5". If the holes on your current collar are too small, it's an easy fix with a drill.

Plates can be bend slightly to curve to the collar.


*** For those of you that don't want to play around with rivets, two screw back type rivets are included with purchase. It might be of benefit if you are using the screws to include a little lock tight when assembling to prevent it from coming undone and losing the plate.

*** The screw rivets are a tight fit for our personal biothane/Mendota collars but all collars are different thickness. If the included rivets do not provide a flush fit, a small washer will help with this.

Tags are custom made at the time of order therefore there may be slight variation between the photo and your actual tag. I make every attempt to recreate the same placement as pictured. If you are interested in different placement of images etc., please send me a message through my Etsy shop.

Tags ship from Canada. US shipments will be sent via Canada Post/USPS by tracked US packet with a projected, but not guaranteed arrival date of 4-7 business days.
