This 1 inch wide miniature wall frame is sold as an unpainted plaster cast and can be purchased as a full niche or frame only. The niche has a rounded out interior and predrilled on top for a led light if you choose to light it up inside. It makes a great frame for my half inch carousel kits, but of course you can place any micro mini inside. This is an old vintage piece I collected 20 years ago.
This niche looks best if you can cut out a hole in your wall to fit the box. This is easy if you have a scroll which I highly recommend. Just drill a half inch hole in the square you are cutting out then thread your "unhinged" blade, attach and tighten blade and cut away. Glue the frame to the niche, then the whole piece gets glued to your wall after set in the hole cut out. Then it will give the indication that the carousel is inside the wall rather than on it sticking out. Old buildings were very creative in the day because many people built their own imaginations- not like the cookie cutters of today. You can also insert a led light into the top. I combine shipping and will refund any overages.
