The Mad Padder can custom illustrate and design your own notepad, ornament, & more! Please message a description and/or photo of what you would like designed, but please do not ask me to copy someone else's work.
It is $50 design fee per hour to custom draw and create a digital image, plus the additional amount of the item you are ordering (notepad, ornament, etc).

The Mad Padder is happy to wrap your item for a fee of $4 inside a clear cellophane bag with coordinating paper shreds and include a blank, complimentary gift tag tied with ribbon.
Or...We can ship our products directly to your gift recipient. Please send the text that you would like personalized on the tag in the notes to seller field or at checkout with Etsy.

Within the US, we ship through the US Postal Service and offer First Class shipping if the item weighs less than 16 ounces and Priority Mail shipping if the item is heavier than 16 ounces. You can also upgrade to Priority Mail shipping instead of First Class if you prefer. Both options offer tracking numbers and under normal circumstances take 1-3 days for delivery for Priority Mail and 3-5 days for First Class.

We ship internationally using the US Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail International Shipping. For an international delivery time estimate please contact The Mad Padder.

Please send a message and let us know right away. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we are happy to update the address. If your order has shipped, unfortunately, there is nothing that we can do.
There is not a way to reroute the package once shipped. You may wait for the package to be returned to us (which may take up to a month) and then it can be shipped to your correct address or you may reorder your items (if they are not personalized) and we can refund you once the package is returned to us.
We are not responsible for addresses listed incorrectly. If your non-personalized order is not returned to us, we cannot offer a refund. Personalized and custom orders unfortunately, will not be refunded. Thank you for understanding!
