The item was exactly what I wanted. Customer service was far beyond my expectations! I had ordered a necklace from the site some time ago. I loved it so much that I wanted another matching chain so I could wear the necklace at different lengths. On the site I did not see it sold separately. I contacted the seller and she responded to me immediately. She offered to sell just the chain at a very reasonable price. She added the item to her website with my name so it was very easy to find and order. I would highly recommend this seller for the quality of her work and the amazing customer service!

Really beautiful piece! The silver bit only runs around the edges which I like, a little smaller than expected but very good quality.
