Our favorite Bats hand silkscreened on a 100% Fine Jersey cotton long sleeve tee from American Apparel. This is the softest, smoothest, Unisex tee with durable rib knit cuffs and neckband.
This Silk Oak creation is an original, hand silkscreened design. The screen is registered by eye and printed by hand, so that each print is unique and slightly different from all the others.
This garment is printed using a discharge process. After printing, the garment is laundered in numerous hot water washes with Ecover detergent, resulting in a totally preshrunk, ready to wear garment. All of our garments are made in the US and sweatshop free!
Our process is safe for us, safe for you and results in a garment with a soft feel, more vibrant color and easier washability.

We love the designs and if I go to Ithaca and don't have time to stop by the shop, I know I can always order on Etsy! My nephew was thrilled to get this in time for Halloween and the design stands on it's own for everyday too! He has loved these tees since he was in pre-school and he is now in 9th grade. We purchased a bats-and-fireflies shirt from SilkOak years ago for our then-toddler-aged son. It was his absolute most favorite shirt, & there were tears when he finally outgrew it. He's 16 now, & I bought him a replacement to help him weather the trials of high school - it is STILL his favorite shirt, & he's so, so happy to wear it again!
