I'm really happy with this bag, it's the perfect "dump" bag and will be by summer go-to for work and meeting up with friends. It's big enough to fit a laptop and notebook. The stitching is very well done and you can totally see that it's handmade. Sort and I had an issue with shipping where Etsy auto-filled my shipping address so it was hung-up in the wrong post office. Throughout the process of getting the bag back to Sord and then re-shipping it to my new address, her customer service was superb. She responded to my messages really quickly and was with me from beginning to end.
