This garter stitch sweater is knit in the round from the top down, using a simple little slip and turn technique, eliminating the need to purl. With it’s dramatic cowl neck and sexy back seam, Obsidian is unique and stylish.

Materials:
Approximately 860 (1000, 1140, 1280, 1420, 1580, 1740, 1920, 2100) yards or
786.4 (914.4, 1042.4, 1170.4, 1298.4, 1444.7, 1591, 1755.6, 1920.2) meters or
2 (3, 3, 3, 4, 4, 4, 5, 5) skeins of The Uncommon Thread Bfl Sock fingering weight yarn
Size US 10/6 mm circular needle (or size needed to obtain gauge)
Size US 5/3.75 mm circular needle (or size needed to obtain gauge)
Stitch markers
2 Stitch holders or scrap yarn
Tapestry needle
