This pattern features a little fire demon of my own design. He is based of the character Calcifer from Howl's Moving Castle. He works up in an hour or two and stands about 4 inches tall. He uses a small amount of Lily Sugar 'n Cream cotton yarn in red and orange and an F hook. I use 15mm safety eyes and two small felt circles.

This pattern is great for beginners but requires basic crochet skills. You should be familiar with:
-crocheting in round
-single crochet
-increasing single crochet stitch
-decreasing single crochet stitch
-color changing
