A full tulle tutu made on an unlined crochet top is perfect for so many uses! Wear as a Halloween costume, use as a photography prop, parade or pageant wear, first birthday party outfit, school plays or dance recitals, or just for play! If headband is added, it will be made as shown in last photo.

For a perfect fit, please measure around the broadest part of your child’s waist or chest. The length measurement I use for sizing is from the waist to feet. Please order according to your child's measurements in the drop down menu. If possible, please measure from waist to desired length and leave measurement in the notes to seller box when checking out.
