HULK SCULPTURE: Way to long for shipment. Poor customer service. While responses were quick, they were very short & fragmented. I had to keep asking for updates. The artist did amazing job, until it came time for a bit of painting. I asked for a little bit of grey to be added into my husband's beard, what I got literally was a big blob of ugly grey. Thankfully they corrected it. I'm torn over this review. I'd like to recommend them, but based on what I went through, I just can't. Days would go by between responses, very frustrating. I ordered it May 11th thinking HULK would arrive by Father's Day. It did not, it arrived June 24th. They claim it was an overflow error from DHL, but since I had to keep after them the entire process I feel it was an excuse. I WILL NOT be buying from this shop again. If u are smart save your money.

I finally received this toy after a back and forth with customer service. If you want to order this exact style of toy, you need to tell them. Otherwise you’ll get something different. I’m somewhat happy with the product but I won’t recommend this shop to any of my friends. Also I asked for a name plate to be added to the figurine, and I got a detached tiny brick. So I’ll need to attach it some way to the base of the toy.
