All items from me will arrive lovingly packaged in a handmade cardboard box or in a special jewelry box with bow, ready for gift giving.

• For Local Postal Deliveries:
If the item cannot be delivered, it will be held at your "local post office" for a while.
If you don't pick your package up in time, it will be destroyed.

• For Express Delivery Service;
If the item cannot be delivered, it will be held at an "Access Point" for a while.
If the return cost (return shipping fee + customs fees) exceeds the product price, the product will be requested to be destroyed.

Please understand that I can't provide a refund on this occasions.

I cannot be held responsible for the loss of "non-deliverable" packages.

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund or exchange the product for another one. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery. Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.

PLEASE NOTE , I am unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges on:

• Custom or personalized jewelry
• OOAK jewelry
• Custom sized OOAK jewelry
• Custom sized rings

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. (Even If your order was shipped free of charge.)

IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES AT ANY TIME, PLEASE CONTACT ME AND I'LL DO MY BEST TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE FOR YOU!

Items returned must be in original condition with tags attached and be returned in original packaging. Please simply write 'RETURN MERCHANDISE, VALUE: 1$' on the parcel. Otherwise it will be checked by customs and may be taxed upon re-entry to Turkey and I will have to deduct this fee from the refund amount.

Cancellation of orders are accepted within 3 hours. Once your payment is transferred to my ETSY account (usually 24 hours after your purchase), I will be able to make your refund.
