Sassy short original-design half-tutu bustle-style net over-skirt. Specially designed to be worn over your other clothing, eg over shorts (as shown in the pics), leggings, leotard, rhumba pants, skirt, etc. This multi-sized version is designed to be worn low/on the hip, and fits approx 34-40 inches (86-101cm) hips.PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SHORTS SHOWN IN THE PHOTO WORN UNDERNEATH THIS HALF-TUTU BUSTLE ARE NOT INCLUDED

Made from five graduated layers of fairly stiff black and fluorescent turquoise blue net fabric, with spiky-cut lower edges (the net used isn`t the fine-mesh tulle-type net, but a coarser/stiffer-type dress-net).
This half-tutu is now available with a choice of either a plain black net top-layer (as in the first four photos)- or for a touch of sparkle, choose the spangle dots top-layer option...a black net with small holgraphic silver dots, which really catch the light (see last pic)

Net "bustle" is sewn into the back of a black satin ribbon waist/hipband, which ties up into a bow at the centre front.

Bustle width across back of ribbon band is approx. 19 inches (48cm).

Length of bustle approx.16 inches (40.5cm), to the end points of the longest layer.

Photo shows bustle worn around a 35 inch/89cm hip(UK size 10), but there`s enough ribbon for this to fit from about UK sizes 8 to 14 (from about 34" to a maximum 40"/ 86-101cm).
Made in a non-smoking pet-free environment.
