CONDITIONS OF RETURN:
Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
Lolliette will only exchange a pair once. Lolliette will only accept your return in its original, unused, undamaged condition with tags still on at our discretion. We are unable to accept returns without bags or with scratched or marked soles. All items must be shipped back within 7 days after they are received to Lolliette’s Head Office.

All custom orders must be paid in FULL before they are ordered.
If you are after a particular colour that is not featured on ETSY please get in touch. Chances are we will be able to source it.
A custom colour that is not in our standard range incurs a $10AUD fee.

Fit as good as any with my full-length orthodics (tight over my toes, but as they're soft leather, I know they'd stretch to accommodate my special needs). Ordering more 😊. Laura was very helpful with advice and sizing 😍
