Hand-made mask of the Egyptian god. Horus. Depicted as a falcon and adorned with the double crown of Egypt.

Horus was one of the most ancient and revered deities of Ancient Egypt. Son of Isis and Osiris, Horus was seen as a Sky, god of War and god of Protection. He was also seen as a unifier of Egypt, hence he wears the double crown, known as a pschent.

Original design, made from multiple pieces of 7 oz. vegetable tanned leather, hand-tooled, painted with quality soft-body acrylic paints and sealed with a leather sheen. Signed, dated.

I LOVE THIS MASK. I opened it and my wife and I spent like 10 minutes admiring every last detail and appreciating how much obvious love and care went into the creation of the piece. I put it on, and my soul giggled. This mask has turned out to be more precious to me than I thought it would or could end up being.
