Returns will only be accepted when approval is granted by The Country Sign Shop. You will receive a complete explanation on the procedure to return the item. The item needs to be returned (see tracking number) and insured within 7 days of receipt, new, not damaged condition. After 7 days, no refunds submitted. The customer is responsible for all shipping cost to and from. There is a 50% recoup fee on returned items. This fee is based upon the labor & materials vested in your order. Returns without prior contact and outside of this time frame will not be refunded. If the item isn't insured & received in the original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

The deep purple with antique white was a perfect combination for my niece... The saying is something her great grandmother used to sing to her and all the kids when they were little Very special... Nicely done :)
