We accept returns ONLY within 7 days of receipt. There will be no exceptions to this policy. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as you receive your order, and we will resolve it as best we can. By purchasing you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

COLOUR SAMPLES:
If you are needing an exact match, we can send you colour swatches free of charge, please email us with your address and colours and the designs that you like. If you are in the US or outside UK samples will take about 10 days, 3-5 in the UK.

Once you purchase if you have a more unusual colour or haven’t had time to order samples, please send us a photo of your outfit in natural light so we can match it as best we can.

SHIPPING:
We ship everything within the UK special delivery. For international orders we use FedEx, UPS or DHL Express to the US and abroad. Once marked as shipped it guarantees next day arrival in UK and 2-3 business days if you are in US or Europe and within 5 days elsewhere like Australia and New Zealand.
We do also combine shipping which should happen automatically if you think it hasn’t, please email us and we can check the prices. If we notice an overpayment, we will automatically issue a refund for overage.

So very happy with my hat and the ability to work with seller to choose custom colors for fabric and feathers. I know it will be a great accessory for my Kentucky Derby party! The only thing I wish was different is the headband - it is a very simple, plastic black headband. I was expecting a nicer quality headband and would have liked that, but it won't keep me from wearing my amazing fascinator!!! Thank you!

Very nice fascinator; shipped quickly, though a required signature meant I had to drive far away to pick it up. I asked for a black hat with a cream-colored band, however, it showed up with a shiny, metallic, gold band. I contacted the shop to ask why they didn't give me what I asked for, and they said that a cream-colored band will not hold the hat securely. Obviously they should have told me this before just sending me something I didn't order. Paying the shipping to return this hat from the US to the UK was out of the question. I did get a $20 refund. Guess I'll just try to sell it here in the states. Hat is also not as full as it looks in the picture. This may or may not be due to shipping.
