Your package will be packed in a sturdy cardboard box. Each piece in the box is wrapped with stretch film so that there is no friction between them. We also use polystyrene around the perimeter of the box and in the necessary places to prevent damage during transportation.

If you indicate when ordering that this is a gift, then we will attach a greeting card with your note in addition to the order. Due to the fact that the parcels are large, gift wrapping is discussed individually.

Yes, all pillows can be washed in a washing machine on the gentle cycle (30 C).

Yes, all products are possible to order raw. This way the shelves will pass only the grinding stage, after which you can cover them yourself. The painting is calculated individually.

Yes, it is possible. You can attach a nameplate to almost every product. Just write us the name of your cat when ordering, and we will do it for you!

3. Is it possible to make shelf according to my sketch/size?
Yes, it is possible. Send us your sketch with exact dimensions, and we will prepare a 3D model of the future product for you. After agreeing and approving the shelf with you, we will start to make product according to your sketch.

So unfortunately I haven't been able to get this installed properly yet because the llama looking pieces (if you've seen this thing you know) that, I imagine, helps in propping the bowl part up against the mounting board, are slightly too wide. I can't fit them in on one end and then the other part (head of the llama) comes out too easily. I'm guessing wood glue will do the trick.
