A file will be emailed in a digital form. It will be a High Resolution JPG file in a maximum 16"x20" size unless requested otherwise.
You can have it printed anywhere, in any size, as many times as you wish, as long as it's for personal use (not commercial).
There's NO physical product shipped with that option.

2. POSTER PRINT:
printed on Epson Ultra Premium Luster Photo Paper or Kodak ENDURA Lustre Photo Paper, with high saturation.

* We will create your custom design and send you a preview to review to the email address provided in your order profile. Current wait times for the proofs are posted on the front page of our shop .

* Two complimentary proofs are included with your purchase:
First customized with your info provided and a second accommodating minor adjustment like the location of the hearts, typo correction.

If we need to redesign your print eg. switching the states/countries, ADDITIONAL design fees will apply.

*Once you have approved the design, your map will be shipped out to you within 48-72 business hours.

Eviva Prints will be printed on your print with small letters (bottom corner - left or right, or in the bottom center).

All items are shipped from the United States in 1-5 business days (after proof approval for custom prints). Mounted and framed prints takes a bit longer : 2-8 business days. Arrival depending on destination.

We cannot guarantee the date of arrival of any items and not responsible for items delayed at the border (international orders) or lost in the mail but we really do make every effort to make sure you receive your item.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (non-US) : any duties, taxes and brokerage fees are your (the buyer) responsibility.
These fees are imposed by your government and are independent of us and are not part of our shipping costs.

We do not accept returns or exchanges because all our pieces are made to order. Our systems is built to allow us to process orders immediately upon receipt.
We do not have the ability to stop or make changes to an order once it enters into the system.
