Although I am sure these graphics are lovely - this is based on other graphics I have ordered from this seller - they were in a format that I couldn't use. I notified the seller (twice) and never got a response. I am disappointed.

Hi Joan! I sent the files again on your email address when you messagged me. I will send it again but the format of these files is the same as for al my files as described in preview. It’s a zip archive, after decompression the files are in .jpg format ready to be printed.
