Each cuff is crafted by the artist, Leah Nelson, individually. Pieces may vary slightly given the nature of the raw materials. Leather is dyed brown as shown in photo unless a custom color is requested.

Extra room of about a 1/2" is added to the whole size so that cuff isn't overly tight. Please keep in mind that cuff will be slightly larger than the whole sizes listed.

Cuff measures 2" wide, length selection is also in inches. Periodically for the overall upkeep of your cuff, it is advised to treat the leather, which needs a leather conditioner or small amounts of olive oil approx. every 6 months to keep it hydrated and to prevent cracking.

Cuff is fastened by a heavy-duty metal fastener in Gold.

Time to complete your order is 10-14 days, most items are made to order and take time to assemble and ship. My order volume typically stays high and I work to maintain my queue of orders between working a full time job, costume/cosplay commissions and family life.

Refunds available on anything that breaks or becomes damaged due to a craftsmanship error on my part. I can also make any and all attempts to fix or replace the item and return it before refunds are made necessary. Losses via the post service will be handled to the best of my ability, but any packages not insured or tracked will not be the responsibility of the seller. Domestic packages are tracked via USPS.

Most items are made to order. Along with custom/personal listings, these items are ineligible for return. This includes sterling silver pieces that require sizing. I cannot accept these as they were made to fit a specific individual.

If there is a question of the materials being used ("this isn't sterling silver/a certain gemstone, ect") it will require the sign off of an accredited jeweler that the materials aren't as advertised in order to be eligible for return. This is to prevent issues of buyer remorse or fraud.

Exchanges are made as returns are not accepted.

Made to order can take up to three weeks to fulfill. Difficulty of project can create variance. Time spent researching, drafting and construction are included in the cost.

Absolutely love it, strong looking and feeling, wear it all the time, definitely recommended! Ordered just after Xmas (as soon as more were being made) so didn't mind the slight wait, considering demand and other factors that affect time. Would easily order another if lost/damaged somehow!

This bracelet looks amazing. The design and all. I really like the way the firefly symbol is printed onto the strap as if it were burnt. And it's from The Last of Us!
