Discount options are based on products purchased in BULK. Each product has a different breakdown as they all cost a different amount, so PLEASE email me a screen shot of your shopping cart or a list of the products you're looking for and we will work from there. :))

All orders are shipped in beautiful colored tissue, packaged carefully and ready to be gifted. If you DO NOT need the receipt in the order, please leave us a note during the check out or message us directly!

We are legally obligated to accurately fill out customs information. We do not honor requests to put another amount on the label. Marking your order as a "gift" does not circumvent this.

Customers are responsible for any VAT, duty, or other customs fees/taxes applicable. Items sent back due to fees not being paid will be refunded the item cost but not the shipping. If you would like the items to be re-shipped, additional shipping charges apply.

Exchanges & Cancellations / Can I return my order?MAYBE. See below

1. We take returns on a case-by-case basis. We NO LONGER take returns, please make sure to contact us.

2. Items 100% NOT returnable include anything that we cut upon receiving your order, fragile items such as silver or fossils, or any custom-made for you.

3. In cases where the item sent is incorrect or damaged, we will arrange return shipping and will either replace or refund depending on item availability and buyer's preference.

4. If your return is accepted, we will give you guidelines on how to return it. Please note that some returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. It takes a lot of time to gather them and even more to put them back in place. Sorry!

YES! Etsy will bundle all your items in one shipping fee only. The fee you will see during the checkout is the fee charged according to the exact weight of the items in your shopping cart. There are no hidden fees; we charge you exactly what USPS charges us.

Our base shipping option is USPS First Class. We also offer Priority and Express options at check out. We do not ship items in letter envelopes. :((

We ship to the address the customer provides. If the address is incorrect or an old address please notify us within 6 hours so we can correct it.

Orders shipped to the wrong address are not eligible for a refund. We suggest contacting the current resident or landlord and providing them forwarding information.

If the items make it back to us and you would still like them you will be charged additional shipping. If not, you will be refunded the item cost but not the shipping cost. Once the package is traveling, consider the label used and USPS won't refund it.

We try very hard to photograph the item and display its true color. BUT, it's true that color will vary from monitor to monitor because they simply display colors differently. Some product lines, such as Acai Beads, Deer Lace, and Leather Straps have dye lot differences from batch to batch so the color variance is expected.
