Sixth in a series of Christmas Stockings

Suitable for sewists with a basic knowledge of machine sewing, hand sewing and embroidery. My feedback has also shown that beginners and novices have great success completing these stockings.
Sewing machine is helpful for this project, but not completely necessary

The PRINTED PATTERN option includes:
The Pattern is a paper pattern, sent by mail that contains complete instructions and full size pattern pieces and color pattern cover
(digital pattern also available- see PDF pattern section of my shop)
Pattern will be shipped first class mail

The KIT option includes:

5/8 yard woolfelt for backing (CHOOSE BLACK, BLUE or EVERGREEN)- 36” wide
7” x 36” Linen white woolfelt

4” x 4” Beach Sand (extremely pale yellow) woolfelt

Items not included in the kit that you will also need:
White, blue (I used DMC #800), gray beige (I used DMC #642) and red (I used DMC #321) pearl cotton #5
Blue embroidery floss (I used DMC #932)
Tan and brown button and carpet thread (upholstery weight thread)
Off-white and brown quilting thread
Cosmetic blush and q-tip


The KIT & LINING option includes:
Everything that is included in the KIT option, with the addition of Red Cotton for a lining fabric with Instructions for creating and adding the lining
You will still choose the outside color of the actual stocking (Black, Blue or Green). The lining cotton will always be RED


Additional information:
-The pieces of the stocking kit are NOT pre-cut
-The pattern does NOT include the wool felt and beads. To get the wool felt and beads, you must purchase a Kit
-The kit includes the pattern. If you purchase a kit, you do NOT have to purchase a pattern separately. It is included
-You will need to purchase your own threads and flosses of your choosing. I tell you the colors I use, but please feel free to use
whatever colors appeal to you or you have in your craft stash.
-Pearl cotton is a type of embroidery floss. Instead of 6 individual strands (standard floss), it is twisted together
-You will need to have your own sewing machine (if required), scissors, pins and needles

Individual kits will be shipped first class mail

Some other things you should know:

I am a sole proprietor. I design the product you are making. I create the pattern and the instructions. I also assemble the kit you are using. Nothing is sourced out

The wool felt that I use for your kit is made in Massachusetts. It is not ordinary craft felt. It is felt that has wool punched into it and the quality is far superior than the felt that is purchased from overseas

The print shop I use to print your pattern is a small, family run business in my small town

I source every item I can from local & USA companies. This aspect of my business is very important to me. I believe in supporting my community and businesses within the United States that strive to make a quality product.
