Items will be shipped per listing details. Your order will be shipped to the mailing address you provided when you placed your order so be sure to check it for accuracy. The anticipated arrival date shown by Etsy not a guarantee. It is only an ESTIMATE based on the USPS guidelines. Any delay in delivery is out of my control. It is up to you to arrange or provide a safe/secure place for your packages to be delivered. I cannot replace or refund orders with tracking that shows delivered. If your item is returned for any reason, there will be a charge to have it shipped again.

Because each personalized item is made to order and is custom created just for you, returns cannot be accepted. If the order is incorrect due to my error, I will send a replacement.

If the error is due to incorrect information, such as spelling/grammar/punctuation errors and/or a poor quality image sent by you, I cannot be held responsible.

It is NOT considered my error once you approve a proof. Be sure to check spelling, dates, etc.

I accept cancellations within one hour of purchase UNLESS I have received your custom information and I have started working with you on your order (proofs, etc.). Non-personalized items may be immediately processed and cancellations will not be accepted if the order is already packaged and ready to ship.
