Ben was so descriptive and responsive when communicating with me and incredibly meticulous in his craftsmanship, all to make sure he got the ring just right. When I placed the final order for the ring, I had to request a quick turnaround time since my wedding was in two weeks. He got our rings to us well in advance and saved me from any last-minute panic.
