I aim to process Etsy orders once a day, even on weekends and holidays when I can, and within 24-48 hours whenever possible. I don't sell my patterns through Etsy downloads, as I don’t sell just *PDF copies of crochet patterns* as other Etsy sellers do, I sell *perpetual single-user licences* for my patterns, which give you far more! All pattern licences are processed through the PlanetJune shop, and they offer you all of my licencing perks (including unlimited downloads, free updates, customer support whenever you need it, etc - see 'Pattern Licence Information', below).

Your PlanetJune account gives you unlimited access to all your PlanetJune pattern purchases, in case you ever need to download another copy, or if there's an update to the pattern. If you don't already have a PlanetJune account using the email address you use for your Etsy account, I'll create one for you using that email (UNLESS you request the account be created with a different email address and/or as a gift - please see my shop's Frequently Asked Questions for gifting instructions).

- Unlimited copies of the pattern (for your personal use only): if you lose the pattern in 1, 5, or 10 years and want another copy, you can simply download it again from your PlanetJune account!
- Free access to any errata or revisions to the pattern.
- Unlimited support from me - the designer, June Gilbank - via email (my email address is at the end of every pattern), and via the PlanetJune community support groups (www.planetjune.com/ravelry and www.planetjune.com/discord).
- You MAY sell items made by you from this pattern provided you credit me (June Gilbank, PlanetJune) as the designer.
- However, your pattern licence is non-transferable, and PlanetJune patterns MAY NOT be shared, passed on to others, re-sold, or redistributed in any other way.

1. Tell me the order is a gift
2. The recipient's FIRST and LAST NAME
3. The recipient's EMAIL ADDRESS
4. Your name (to tell the recipient who the gift is from)
5. Your gift message (which I will pass onto your recipient)

I'll process the pattern licence(s) in your recipient’s name (I'll create a PlanetJune account for them if they don’t already have one), email your recipient with download instructions and your message, and then message you through Etsy you to confirm the patterns(s) have been delivered!

If your order has been marked as 'completed', I've processed your order, issued your pattern licence and emailed your download instructions to the email you have listed in your Etsy account (or the email you provided when you ordered).
