If you wish to return an item, you must contact me in advance within 3 days after receipt of your order to request a return authorization. Returns must be sent back within 7 days after receiving your order. No returns are accepted after this time frame. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned items must be sent back unworn, in their original condition, and sent back with ALL packaging materials. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs & tracking number must be included. You must provide me with the tracking number so I will know when to expect the item. For your safety & protection, please insure the returned package, as I cannot issue a refund for an item that gets lost or damaged while in transit back to me.

Orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Tracking. You will be notified when your order has shipped and provided with the tracking number. USPS First Class mail is typically delivered within 4-8 days. If you need expedited shipping, please contact me PRIOR to checking out, so I can adjust the invoice to reflect your personal preferences.

I cannot be responsible (or issue refunds) for packages that are lost due to an incomplete or incorrect address. Buyers are responsible for any re-shipment fees for packages returned due to an incorrect address.


Orders are shipped via USPS First Class International which to some countries could take up to 2-6 weeks to be delivered. Following the US Customs Law, all items are declared as "Merchandise" (along with the currency value) on the customs form.

DUTIES & FEES:
International buyers are responsible for paying all duties, customs charges and any fees that may apply to their specific country.

Depending upon your country, it's possible your order may be held at your local post office for pick up rather than delivered straight to your door. Sometimes it's because the recipient is not home when delivery attempt was made, or when customs fees are due. Typically, the postal service will leave a notice that delivery was attempted. Parcels that haven't been collected will eventually be returned to sender. In that situation, once I receive the order I will contact you to determine how you'd like to proceed. If you want the order reshipped, you'll have to pay the second shipping fee. If you prefer a refund, it will be for the item/s price only (assuming the order came back in its original condition). Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The United States Postal Service enacted a new rule that uncollected packages may require a return shipping charge. Please be advised that if you don't collect your package, and it is returned to me, and I incur a reserve shipping charge - that full amount will be deducted from your refund - assuming the package is returned safely to me and all items are in their original condition. Damaged or missing items / packages are not eligible for a refund.

• Item colors: I take great care in providing you with a true representation of my items by photographing everything in natural sunlight. However, please be aware that each computer's monitor perceives colors differently.

• Sizing details: The dimensions for each item is described in the item's description. Please take the time to read each description carefully. If you still have any questions after reading the description, please feel free to contact me.

Your package will arrive in a jewelry box with artful packaging. Gift wrapping is available and can be purchased as an "add-on" to your order. If you are sending the item as a gift a card can be included with your personal message. Include your message in the "Note to Seller" section.

Most of my jewelry is made with sterling silver, copper or brass. Over time, all metals will eventually tarnish. The best way to prevent this is to store your piece in an airtight plastic bag when not in use. My copper and brass pieces are sealed with a tarnish resistant wax - however, over time they will eventually tarnish. Occasional cleaning with a soft polishing pad or cloth should keep your jewelry looking bright and fresh. Most of my pieces include natural stones, therefore I do not recommend jewelry cleaning dips, as this type of cleaner could damage the stones.
