You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request an exchange/return . It must be postmarked back into the mail within 7 business days from receipt of package.

All returns must be received by us within 21 days of the ship date.

Original shipping costs will NOT be refunded. If you received free shipping at time of your purchase we will deduct the actual cost of shipping from refunded amount.

A really great piece of jewelry, purchased as a Christmas gift. Ordered pretty close to the holidays and was a little worried about delivery, but was surprised at how quickly it arrived. Would highly recommend.
