This original sculpture is a perfect gift for the waterfowl lover who loves to sew! A striking common loon sits perched on a watery mound that is covered in swirls and dots and green foliage. Three pearlized straight pins add the finishing touches.

My pincushion is made from wool roving that has been needle felted, a time consuming process in which wool roving is poked repeatedly by a barbed needle until the desired shape is formed. The sculpture measures approximately 4" in height.

This item is custom made for you once you make your purchase. I usually ship this item out within 2-3 weeks, but it depends on how many orders I have Allow more time especially during busy holidays or with multiple orders.
