I will give you a quote and an approximate completion date. For custom work I may ask for partial payment up front. Your satisfaction is important to me - we can work togther toward that end.

To determine your exact wrist size, wrap a piece of string or ribbon around your wrist - not too tight and not too loose, but so there is no gap and the string or ribbon touches your wrist all the way around. Then on a flat surface measure the string or ribbon and send that measurement to me.

Each piece of jewelry that your purchase from connectionsbymaya will arrive in a kraft box tied with coordinating twine - ready for gift giving. if you would like additional gift wrapping - or if you would like me to include a special message to the recipient of the piece - please let me know by leaving your request in the notes section when you check out.

Handcrafted jewelry needs to be handled with care. Please use one of the 2 following options for cleaning your jewelry from connectionsbymaya:
1 - Wright's Silver Cream
2 - a treated cleaning cloth

*Dipping liquid solutions are comprised of harsh chemicals which can damage metal and gemstone finishes - ESPECIALLY pearls - they will lose their luster if cleaned with liquid solutions of any kind - commercially manufactured solutions sold as jewelry cleaners as well as common household cleaners.

**connetionsbymaya can not be responsible for jewelry that is handcrafted here and later cleaned with any sort of liquid cleaner.**

Be sure to condition leather on a regular basis to keep it shiny, smooth and supple and to avoid cracking.

A refund - the purchase price minus the cost of shipping and handling - can be issued if the following requirements are met:

1 - I am contacted within 3 days of delivery
2 - The item is shipped back to me within 7 days of delivery
3 - The item is returned in the same condition that it was sent

Please be respectful of the window of time during which refunds are available. I simply can not issue refunds if more time has elapsed than indicated above.
