The whole family loves our new dining table chandelier. It's unique, beautiful, it directs light on the table and keeps pleasant cozy ambiance in the rest of the room. The decorative pattern that's revealed when the light is on is visually appealing. Finally, the level of customer service that Rachel provided was superb. I was able to customize the number of lights as well as the canopy and Rachel went above and beyond to try to ship it all in a single package so as to minimize the shipping cost for me - not easy given the large canopy. Everything arrived quickly and meticulously packaged. One recommendation I have for potential buyers if based in the US is to find a skilled certified electrician for the install. Some aspects of the installation are a bit unconventional for the US electrical standards.

Rachel was so wonderful to work with and patient with all my questions. When I finally decided what would fit best in our space, she may sure she assisted in the right sizing too. I would recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful light fittings. The end product was exactly as described and so stunning!
