All items are Hand wash only. They are made with outdoor vinyl( the same that's used for car wraps, vehicle pin-striping, boats, and outdoor signs. It's rated for 6 years by the manufacturer. Hand wash your tumblers and you can enjoy them for years to come. I have 2 of these myself and they're over 2 years old and still look great.

Be sure you pick the correct SHIP TO address before you purchase. Your order will be sent the the SHIP TO address you pick at checkout. There may be many listed if you have made previous purchases and had the packages sent as a gift. Please double check before submitting your order. I get many people purchasing for weddings, events, and bachelorette parties and it is not uncommon for buyers to have their items sent to another person/state where the event is being held. I have no way of knowing your address after your transaction, only the SHIP TO address is given to me.

Please check all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving your package. Please keep all contents of the package including the box, PolyBag, items damaged and undamaged, and packaging materials. The USPS has been requesting that the damaged items be brought into your local post office to view the damaged goods. In the event an item is damaged I can start a claim with the shipping service used. Please include pictures of the item(s) damaged, shipping box, and packing materials ( insurance purposes, they ask for this). I will happily send a replacement out asap within the 48 hour window of you receiving the package. Keep packaging and damaged item as I may need it sent back to me ( I will send you a prepaid label in the event it is needed back).

At this time I do not ship internationally due to long custom times.

Your tracking number is displayed under your orders page in your account. It can take 24-48 hours to update in the USPS system. A notification should have been sent to your email associated with the Etsy account. It is highly recommended that you call or go to your local post office with the tracking number of your package. They are able to quickly check on your package status for you and let you know when it will be delivered to you.
