a. SIZE - (Complete at checkout). Please choose 4x6 or 5x7.

b. FILE TYPE - (Complete at checkout). Please choose a jpeg or PDF printable file. It will be sent to the e-mail address provided from your Etsy account. Files are high resolution (300 dpi).

c. VERSE - Let me know if you want a different verse than the one shown on the card. (See fourth photo).

d. WORDING - Please let me know your message, name, date - whatever you want the card to say.

e. FONT - Please choose the font you want your wording in. If no font is specified, the fonts in the examples will be used. (Note: I have many more fonts now than I can list in my sample fonts - please ask if you have something particular in mind!) :)

3. WATCH YOUR E-MAIL. You will receive a proof (with a watermark) within 3 business days. Please carefully check the proof for any mistakes. I will revise as needed.

4. PRINT. Once you have approved the design, I will e-mail you the finished proof (with no watermark) for you print as you wish. **You are strongly encouraged to have a sample printed before ordering in quantity, as colors vary based on monitors and/or printers.**

1. Upload your jpeg file to a photo finisher, such as Wal-Mart, Walgreens, Snapfish, etc. & have them printed as you would any digital photo. I recommend a matte finish.

2. Wal-Mart now offers a product called "stationery paper" (matte card stock) for 5x7 and 4x8 size cards/invitations. Upload a jpeg file to their site & choose this option. You will receive envelopes with your purchase.

3. Take your PDF file to a local printer, such as Office Depot, FedEx Office, Kinko's, etc. (I have many customers recommend Office Depot especially). I recommend having them printed on heavy matte card stock for a professional look. I am always happy to put 2-3 cards to a page (depending on size), which will help with printing costs.

Amazon and PaperSource are two great online options for ordering envelopes. You can also check your local Hobby Lobby or Michael's. Some places that print your cards/invitations will send envelopes with your order.

5x7 inch invitations need A7 envelopes.
4x6 inch invitations need A6 envelopes.
3.5x4.5 inch valentines need A1 envelopes.

Current turnaround is 1-3 business days (usually 1-2!) after I receive an order & all the information for personalizing. You will receive everything VIA EMAIL - no tangible items will be shipped. I can't edit shipping times to 0 days, but please know you will receive your files sooner than Etsy shows :)

I have four children at home & while I do my best to get your proof to you as soon as possible, my family always comes first! I also do not work on Sundays & most weekends, I try to save Saturdays for family time. Thank you for understanding! :)

No proofs will be started until after an order is placed and payment has been received.

Because colors vary based on your monitor and/or printer, you are strongly encouraged to print a sample of your file before printing them all. If the colors don't turn out as you were wanting, please let me know, and I will do my best to fix them to your liking. I am not responsible, however, for refunding you money for the cards you already had printed.
