Poms ship pre-assembled, but not fully bloomed. Instructions are included for easy un-fluffing.
Poms will be cut in various ways to add texture, unless requested otherwise.

The product is great, only reason for 4 stars is because they are time consuming to unravel and set up for decoration. I only used the 3 small because I was on a time constraint to set up and just didn't have time to finish. But if multiple people are doing them that would be fine! I was by myself.
