These 15cent Letter Writing regular stamps were first issued in Washington, DC, on February 25, 1980. The three-pair set of postage stamps, focusing on the importance of letter writing, were issued during National Letter Writing Week. USPS Graphics and Design Division, with Randall McDougall executing the finished work, developed the design concept. Not only does this collection honor the great tradition of snailmail but it also recongizes the significance of using stamps to preserve memories, lift spirits and express important opinions.

All of the these postage stamps are in mint condition (however there may be some wear on the selvage or broken perforations but the stamps are perfect for postage) and you will receive a full sheet of 60, MNH vintage UNused 15-cents US postage stamps. That's a total face value of $9.00.
