Absolutely breathtaking Karen Hill Tribe Silver spikes are delicately hung on sterling silver chain and finished with a faceted Hill Tribe Silver nugget. This silver has a higher content of of silver than its sterling counterpart. It is handmade by the Karen tribe in Thailand and has a distinct "seam" that verifies its authenticity. It is truly gorgeous craftsmanship that is done entirely by hand without the use of machines.
