Surgical steel screw back tunnel plugs are used for this size. The main photo shows acrylic.

Very light and easy to wear.
This screw back style does not come with o-rings, but they can be used if you prefer.

Daisy and lace base are 22mm.

I think that this item is great. The vendor is very professional and sent a product that was congruent with what she was advertizing. The plugs are beautiful however if I were to make any reccomendations I would suggest using smaller daisies on the plugs and offer leaves in other colors other than silver, such as gold or copper. As I stated previously, THIS ITEM IS AWESOME! I WOULD recommend this vendor and products to anyone who wants something of quality and beauty!
