Love popcorn for movie night? Need snacks for staying at home or sending a care package for friends? Then try our gourmet popcorn kernels in bulk. Our all natural premium popcorn is sustainably grown, gluten free and non-GMO, and proudly grown here in the Midwest by small family farmers that are friends of ours.

Our favorite popcorn varieties are now available in bulk box sizes. The kernels are packed in a food-grade clear bag, zip-tied closed and packaged inside a double-walled corrugated box for easy storage and protection.

5 pound box: makes about 80 quarts (or about 320 cups) of popped corn.
25 pound box: makes about 400 quarts (or about 1,600 cups) of popped corn.

Each bag also includes directions of how to pop popcorn by stove top. The popcorn kernels will also pop in an air-popper or a commercial popcorn maker.

VARIETIES

Baby White - Crisp texture, great flavor, very few hulls. Very tender!

Classic Theater - Large, fluffy and tasty. Yummy!

Midnight Blue - A small hulless variety that has a subtly sweet flavor and a crunchy texture.

Mushroom - Perfect for making caramel corn. Pops round in shape, more dense and compact. We just love how its larger surface area clings to more of our popcorn seasonings!

Over the Rainbow - A colorful mixture of the blue, caramel, purple, red and white kernels that all naturally grow on the same ear of corn. (Wild, right?) Festive and fun for a movie night in.

Ruby Red - A deep, dramatic red, like tiny little rubies. When it pops, the corn is white with a subtle yellow hue and a slight red color in the center. The texture is a nice mix of fluffy and crunchiness - and one of our top sellers.

The amount of popcorn will vary for every occasion. A good rule of thumb is most people, with other snacks available, will probably go through about 1-2 cups of popped popcorn per person. All orders ship from our commercial space at 1221 Hartzell Street, Suite 4, New Haven, IN, 46774. We ship Monday through Saturday, and in general, orders ship out in 1 (one) business day, after your payment clears. Please note that this does not include the time it takes for the package to physically get to your destination.

You can locate the “ship by” date in each Etsy listing and your Etsy "cart" before checkout. Estimated delivery times are also shown on each listing. After checkout, you can find the "ship by" date on the receipt you received from Etsy for your purchase. If you are in need of your package by a specific date, please send us a “convo” on Etsy before placing your order, to see if we can accommodate your request.

That is a great question - and one we unfortunately cannot definitively answer. Many people's buying habits changed during the pandemic, and U.S. delivery networks (such as UPS and USPS) cannot keep up. You might already have experienced this, with weeks-long delays on some online orders or waking up at 4 a.m. to get an open slot from a grocery delivery company.

This is why we are pushing ourselves to ship out orders out fast. Our thought is that if Patricia & I can get your order out fast, then hopefully that will help get your delicious treats to you ASAP - even if the carrier has some delays.

1. Verify the shipping address on your invoice is correct.
2. Look around the delivery location for a notice of attempted delivery. (Is there a sheet of paper on your door or inside your mailbox?)
3. Look around the delivery location for your package. (Was the package left near your back door? In the front bushes?)
4. Check with neighbors and others at the delivery location, to see if someone else accepted the delivery. (This does happen. Shocking, but true!)
5. Contact your local post office, to see if they are holding the package. (The post office may not have been able to deliver the order for some reason.)
6. Wait 48 hours. Why? Packages can show as delivered via USPS, but still actually be in transit.
7. Contact us so we can help!

You will need to go to your local post office branch to pick up your package. If you don't pick up your package from the post office, then USPS will return the order to us after a period of time.

If your package is returned to us without a return authorization, then we will assume you have refused delivery. If it was a food product(s) you ordered, the product(s) will be destroyed due to concerns over food safety.

Items must be unopened and in the original packaging. Contact us by email - at david@dellcovespices.com - to make arrangements for a return, as return authorizations are required. Returns are void if the product arrives back to us damaged, or if items are opened, used or not in original packaging. (We suggest shipping products back via USPS Priority Mail - postal insurance comes automatically!)

Once we have received your return, and inspected the products, we will email you to let you know your return has arrived and we will process your refund.

Wholesale orders are always welcome and we love working with brick and mortar shops, as well as small food manufacturers!

Bummer! Ok, you have two options:

#1: If the set comes back undamaged, we can invoice you for the cost of the postage to reship the order. On that invoice, we will need you to use the correct shipping address (as Etsy requires us to ship orders to the address on the invoice). If the order returned damaged, we will remake the order and, after the shipping has been paid, ship it out to the new address.

#2: We can cancel and refund your product cost - and you are most welcome to reorder. If you go with this option, please make sure the address you use is complete and the one you would like to have the package delivered too. If you re-purchase your items before the package is returned to us, we will refund you once the items have returned.
