ElephantBeads' beadwoven items are woven on fireline thread. Unless otherwise indicated, items are strong and waterproof, and may be gently washed if needed. However, please avoid detergents, chlorine and rugged wear as beads may fade. Metallic, purple and pink beads are most prone to fading or reacting to skin chemistry for some people.

ElephantBeads' wire crochet items are crocheted on strong copper wire that has a hypoallergenic, tarnish-resistant coating. They are made to last, and can be gently manipulated and shaped as needed.

Sterling silver items may oxidize over time - buff with a jewelry cloth to remove tarnish, but avoid liquid jewelry cleaners with beaded items.

Please be certain of your ring size when ordering a bead ring. Custom rings cannot be exchanged or returned because the wrong size was ordered. Returns and exchanges are provided only if the ring is defective.

ElephantBeads rings are tightly woven and do not stretch. If you are between sizes, order up a quarter size. If you don't know your ring size, you may print a PDF ring sizer from the internet - I recommend this one from Zales: http://images.zales.com/images/popups/zales_ringsizer.pdf

Your custom ideas are always welcome! If your request does not require time-consuming design or special beads or supplies, your cost will be comparable to other items in the shop. In most cases, you will have an opportunity to review a photograph of your custom item prior to purchase.

All ElephantBeads purchases are specially packaged in a box or an organza gift bag. If you have a special request (hand-written gift tag, holiday packaging, etc.) please indicate this on your note to seller, and we will work with you to make the packaging extra special.
