This is my first bangle tutorial and I am really proud of it. I used two-hole 6mm pyramids, two-hole triangles, Czechmates Tiles and Bricks to create this 3D bracelet that has some meat on its bones! This is a 10 page tutorial with lots of full color close up photos and computer diagrams.
It is stitched with modified right angle weave or RAW and experience is defiantly needed for this one. I would say this is a intermediate pattern and knowledge of RAW, two-hole beads and their issues as well as thread tension, adding and ending thread and working with structured pieces. I include instructions for length options as well.
New to my patterns? Nervous about spending money on a pattern only to find out it is not well written? Message me and I will send a free pattern to see how my tutorials are laid out. This is for NEW customers only.
Materials:
19-20 6mm two-hole pyramids
19-20 CzechMates Tiles
19-20 4mm crystal bicones
38-40 CzechMates Bricks
120-126 two-hole triangles
2-3 grams Delica 11/0 or 11/0 rounds
I suggest you use Delicas as it will guarantee that the measurements and beadwork will work as intended.
Beading needles size 10 or Tulip size 11(my fave)
Your fave thread, I use 8 lb Fireline with this design as it helps with the structure and the sometimes rough holes on the two-hole beads. You can use alb you may just need an extra pass here or there and it is easy to do that with this design. Like any two-hole beads, check your holes prior to stitching with them.
