A lot of customers sent me requests to make them empire waist kaftan. Instead of keeping the same style as my other kaftans and just raising the drawstring up, I thought of making a new pattern and made this one with butterfly sleeves and gave it an elastic waistline rather than a drawstring. And not just that, I added buttons to this style so you can use this dress for nursing and also others like brides and her bridesmaids can use them to get ready in without messing up their hair.
This will be very flattering on both small framed ladies as well as plus sized ones.
As this has tons of gathers so will be a perfect maternity wear for pregnant ladies as well.

I made this Kaftan dress from a beautiful Gray Floral Bordered 100% mulmul cotton.
But I have the same fabric available in many other colors so during checkout just choose the color you want this robe in.
The color swatches are shown in the last pic.
If you want the same one as pictured, just select the "Same as Picture" option in the "colors" variation during checkout.
Mulmul is a very fine variety of cotton which is extremely soft and it gets softer with every wash.

It is so free flowing, that it will make you feel as if you aren't wearing anything at all ;)
The beauty of the Kaftans is they will fit everyone so no need to worry about the size et all. All my Kaftans have deep necks(11-12 inches) so will fit all head sizes.
Although it is one size fits most item but for a better fit, I will also need the approximate sizes.
