Handcrafted one-at-a-time, these wide leather guitar straps are made in Toronto, Canada using beautiful harness leather from the legendary Wickett & Craig tannery.
They're fully custom and personalized just for you - these vintage style straps will take on a wonderful rich character with age.

This design is simple and comfortable - cut from beautiful full-grain harness leather, and hand-stitched all around. The main strap is 45mm wide, and it has a removable shoulder pad for extra comfort. It is length-adjustable with a range of 115-135cm (45"-53"). This design is compatible with both electric and acoustic guitars. Several colours/configurations are available (see below), and it can also be personalized with a unique name/monogram of your choice.

Leather
Every hide is different, and each one will have its own signature look; range markings, scars, and wrinkles give each piece a unique character. The color examples were photographed under natural light, and they're a good representation of how the leather looks in person, but some variation is always to be expected. With regular exposure to dirt and everyday life, the materials will darken and take on a warm patina.

Enlarged Keyhole
Some electric/acoustic guitars are fitted with an endpin jack that is wider than most regular strap pins. Although the standard keyhole size will work with these guitars, an enlarged keyhole is a better fit. Visit the link (above) to order.

The leather guitar strap I ordered from Julian had custom lettering. Everything was as I hoped and expected. Julian was very responsive to my messages. It is an amazing strap. As I already told Julian, my only disappointment is that the leather doesn't have a maker's mark on the underside of the leather validating that it is indeed an authentic work of craftsmanship by Mr. Petti. But my guitar is happy! I will be a repeat customer...
