Knuffelstuff used to do a great job with personalized blankets for my nephews and nieces. But unfortunately this time, the seller did not communicate well at all. The one time she did, after waiting month for my order and my attempts to reach out, she said my item would be out in a week. After another month went by, I had to open a case and get a refund due to the lack of communication and never receiving my item after waiting for 2 months.

I have ordered from this company many times in the past and although they have a delay (approx 3-4 weeks) to complete the orders, it has always been of great quality when received. However, I ordered again and waited 4 weeks at which time I had not received the item. I reached out multiple times to the seller with no response. Etsy refunded my purchase. To say I am dissatisfied and disappointed is an understatement. If there was an issue or family emergency I am very understanding and would not have had an issue. Providing no response is very poor business practice.
