My niece and her husband had a very beloved dog, Peach, who died recently. I knew an ornament would be the perfect memento to honor her memory. But Peach was not a well-known breed. Plus, her coat was multi-colored, very unusual for the breed. So I was doubly amazed that the artist offered an ornament in the shape of this breed and that she would customize it. I sent photos, and a few weeks later, when I opened the package, there was Peach. The ornament looked so surprisingly like her, it made ME cry. Not just the markings -- the wool itself seemed just like her fur in length and texture. Her name was embroidered on the back. When I gave it to them, my niece and her husband cried too -- good tears. They were so touched. I can't thank the artist enough for creating such a special gift that says more than words ever could.
